This means nothing. If Islamic people are in a country that prohibits the use of Bitcoin, there is no way. If they are in a country that allows Bitcoin, they will still use Bitcoin.
How can a country that prohibits the use of Bitcoin know the people using it exactly if they are not using exchanges that requires KYC that might expose their personal details which might even lead to them being arrested as the case may be? Gut it has nothing to do with religion since everyone ha his own right to buy what so ever they want.
