You should file a scam accusation thread on this board https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 if you know to yourself that you didn’t do anything wrong. Providing that generic reply while they are refusing the withdrawal only means they are not willing cooperate. The casino ToS that states the right of not telling the reason to customer for scenario is a pain in the ass real because you will just stuck on the loop for asking same question and receive generic answer. They should give you the reason for holding your withdrawal or else they are committing a scam attempt for holding your fund without a valid reason because you personally request it so that you can fix it.
