At first, I thought they are giving you generic reply for you pr attempt to withdraw and then I realized your issue is about your deposit. Its probably your account IP address is already connected to existing account on there casino that cause for disabling your account for participation the casino. Do you use VPN while browsing the casino? You might turn it off because this might be the cause for your restriction.
Although that generic reply of support is not appetizing in the eyes. It looks like a bot or a CS that really hate his job af. Just try different casino if they dont want to accept you. You cant get any helpful reply with that kind of support.
Maybe @coinplay reps or @royse might help you to get an exact solution to your deposit problem.
