Disappointment for Namibia, as they had to share points with Nepal. They are still at 33 points (US still ahead of them with 35). Today was a match where they could have got full points. Nepal was bowled out for a total of less than 200. Apart from Gyanendra Malla, none of the other Nepali batsmen could score more than 30. Can't blame the Nepalis as well, as they have a 100% native squad, and mostly made up of younger and inexperienced players. The captain himsef (Rohit Paudel) is just 20 years old (made his national debut at the age of 15 against MCC at Lord's).
Unfortunately that match has no result (due to rain).Namibia did good bowling against Nepal.Nepal didnt good batting as well they managed under 200 runs in the first 50 overs.But Namibia bowling attack was very hard.Nepal didnt do big score against Namibia.People expected that Namibia could get full point but now they had to share point with Nepal.Bad luck for Namibia.
This obviously was going to be a win for Namibia. They both did not play well. They played almost the whole 50 overs and only managed to score 197 runs and obviously that is not enough. But they got saved due to rain. And it is also true that Napoleon does not have too much experience in the squad. They will have to play a lot more cricket before they actually are able to bring in good results.
In my opinion, Namibia could have won this match. Certainly bad luck for them.
