Despite what happened yesterday, it is almost certain that Namibia will finish within the top-3 in the ICC Cricket World Cup League 2. They need just two more points to overtake the United States. Regarding Nepal, I am not that sure. So far they have only 18 points from 21 matches and the United Arab Emirates is ahead of them. The absence of Sandeep Lamichhane is hitting Nepal quite hard. He is the only Nepali player with franchise T20 experience. I am not sure when he will be able to play for them again.
Teams like Nepal and PNG are sitting at very bottom of points table. Dont know how much more time Nepal will take to improve there ranking. At the moment Oman is leading the points table (thanks to players from India, Pak and Srilanka). Oman and Scotland are very close in competition with just difference of two points.
OMAN is really in good form and have 42 points. And played 36 matches and won 21.
SCOTLAND also have good performance and has second number.
I also agree with you about Scotland performance Scotland's performance is now very close to the top ten teams specially in ODI format They are in 12th place behind Ireland with 46 rating points from 27 matches. Currently Ireland and Scotland are playing very well in the ODI format, they have already overtaken Zimbabwe.
