The people who panic and are not patient with the condition will change their minds by depressing and thinking negatively about certain coins. So, they have high expectations about the ETH prices to rise up, but the fact is on the contrary. ETH price is now very decreasing, but we also feel sure when the bearish ends and bullish comes, ETH price will be able to rise up again.
