I'm totally in agreement with you on this, Would I just say that Chelsea are generally an impatient club when it comes to dealing with coaches.
This is a problem that they need to correct and learn how give their new managers time to study and build a team because good result doesn't just come overnight, it takes some times and hard work for improvement to come.
