I think, whoever replaces Tuchel, it is basically difficult to compare with the achievement that Tuchel has given Chelsea by winning the Champions League so quickly at that time.
Even if, for example, Todd Boehly recruits a coach who has experience coaching big teams, still, he enters or becomes a new coach when the club situation is not in a good situation. Thus, it will still be difficult for the new coach to be able to provide an extraordinary increase in performance quickly, because success in coaching the previous team still does not guarantee Graham Potter a quick success at Chelsea.

So yeah, basically it's not about choosing the wrong coach to replace Tuchel. But due to what seems to be a mistake, Todd Boehly fired Tuchel like there was something between them, until internal problems between them resulted in the dismissal unilaterally.
Therefore, now Chelsea seems to be experiencing the impact and even Chelsea seems to no longer have a chance to be able to return to the top four in the Premiere League standings.

But at least Chelsea are still a bit lucky because they still have a chance to qualify for the quarter-finals, because in the round of 16 Chelsea will play against Dortmund, which is basically Dortmund, which is also experiencing a decline this season.
So yeah, let's see how far Graham Potter will produce good results for Chelsea, because this is also a form of Todd Boehly's way of building a team.

I heard an interesting version that one of the reasons Tuchel was fired was that he divorced his wife and started a relationship with a girl who is much younger than him. Thus, he lost the respect of the team and the confidence of the players that Tuchel focused on football. Naturally, this was not the only reason, there is always a complex of different reasons, but at a certain moment this also played a role and shifted the scales towards dismissal.
Being the subject of gossip in dressing room, reportedly a lot more tempting xD but which I know another reason is business that doesn't conformable with Boehly. Chelsea, currently have better players, can look more capable of being a big team threat but the last few games before the break, they performed very badly even against Brighton. Is it possible Potter will be able to make Chelsea successful at least in the top 4 positions?
