There was one time that the Lakers won the championship because Davis was healthy at that time, but in the succeeding seasons, it was all struggle for the Lakers as Davis was injured most of the time.
This season, Davis is quite healthy, so let's hope he'll stay that way.

AD was one of the standout players of previous NBA seasons, I believe that in the current scenario he is still an important player for the Lakers, and that depending on his situation, he could be a key player for the team, along with other players, such as e.g. LJ, Beverley, Schröder, Westbrook and others
