Well I watched it and we also need to listen to him too, in his recent interview with
WSJ, where he try to blame everything on Almeda Research.
In the end whatever he says, blame will come back to him. He was the boss, he was responsible for all the things. His oversight is not an excuse. Almeda did bad but he gave them the opportunity to do so.
Or maybe he was not a bad guy and people just took advantage of him and maybe that's the reason he's still free.
But I heard somewhere online that this was all planned to bring more tight and strict regulations. I don't really agree with the conspiracy but one thing is for sure regulations are coming.
