it could be that they enabled the feature where they won't receive any PMs from newbies. also, as far as I know, if they stopped replying to you they have most likely deemed your case closed so they don't see the need to maintain contact with you. as I said before, I've seen a lot of gamblers complain here and not get any kind of reply from their representative.
