I believe that it is some people's nature not to be comfortable when things are peaceful, they thrive in chaos, so they always try to create and ensure that chaos is a normal thing. If these people get into politics, they use their widespread influence to trigger chaotic situations on a larger scale. It is just unfortunate that these people have sufficient money to finance their propaganda's and influence people with it.
