That's the real problem there and they need to realize that there costumers are pissed off towards this laziness they do in terms of answering some queries or even solving issues. If they have slow or unresponsive support I guess you need to move on the next platform which have active support since we always have a choice and to many casino offers what they have here. Its so nonsense to anyone to stay on a casino if they feel uncomfortable on issues they encounter or experience.
So the problem is that the old and time-tested casinos have so many customers that they absolutely don't care about their customers. They may not respond for weeks and people will still play with them, since they have been working on the market for a long time.
In old casinos you just have some guarantees because they work for a long time.
But new casinos do not have any reputation, liquidity and can stop their work any time they want.
