There are still enough games for Liverpool to make a come back and revive their league hopes for the season. With just 14 games already played in the league this season there are 24 more games to play which should be enough to get back into the game and still finish in top four. I am not so much concerned about Newcastle being in the top four position because I have a feeling they will have a bad form and drop points.
Liverpool will find it difficult to break into the top four if they don't improve immediately, Liverpool's appearance this season is not seen as a team that can compete in the EPL and UCL. The tactics used by Klopp can no longer be relied upon, Liverpool very often lose points which have limped them this season. Liverpool's opportunity to return to the top four positions is still very open, but it will not be easy for Liverpool to compete in the top four positions without the support of impressive performances.
Newcastle has started to provide an increase in performance. With the money they have, they will take advantage of the January transfer market to increase their strength. Newcastle will turn into a big club in the near future, they will continue to stay in the top four with their current strength.
