You are right YuginKadoya, it is no secret that Stuttgart is facing a lot of problems at the moment.
If the new coach attempts to fix those problems quickly, it will be very difficult for him. It is imperative that the new coach is given time to adjust to the newly implemented system.
In all honesty, I am very skeptical about Stuttgart's ability to improve in the near future.
My opinion is that it will be really difficult for them to overcome the difficulties that they are facing at the moment in order to get back on track.
It is my hope that when they bring in this coach for a long-term contract, they know what they are doing.

And probably change some players that are slacking, in some teams there will surely be a player who likes that it is not always that the fault was only on the coach and it is not the solution to always change the coach, and it is not likely to mean that the solution is on the coaches alone, they need to check possible players change or trades, for necessary change in their progress I think this is needed and not to change the coach alone,

Musiala has been one of the attention getting players in the Bundesliga. He is such a young player but his performance is already really impressive. He has already drawn the attention of some big clubs. Liverpool have been the most rumoured team to sign him in the future. But it doesn't look like Bayern Munich would let him go that easy. Because it isn't like Dortmund which loves to make a lot of profit in this kind of youngsters.

Liverpool must be thinking of replacing Elliott with a far better talent. Elliott is not a bad midfielder but he still needs to improve himself more.

Well, if Liverpool can make a good offer I think they can surely persuade Bayern Munich to Musiala he is from Chelsea and is now a great player for Bayern Munich and not Chelsea wants him back pretty much Jamal Musiala has broken his boundaries for Chelsea to want him back, and there are other teams that want him aswell, but like you have said Bayern Munich is not like Dortmund that pretty much wants profit so badly, Bayern Munich wants the championship 1st then the profit next, so Chelsea will have to make a great or higher offer to persuade Bayern Munich in handling back Jamal Musiala,
