Jeremy Rand is biolizard89, I see.  Given that Jeremy Rand's most recent post indicated that he is a squatter, this is a big concern.

I've been told by multiple good-Samaritan squatters that they have been repeatedly approached by people from the NFT community who are asking to buy high-value names for "collector" purposes; all of those good-Samaritan squatters told the NFT "collectors" to get fucked.

At this point, I demand that the GitHub repository and the namecoin.org website be completely shut down because Jeremy Rand and Daniel Kraft are clearly squatters trying to sell squatted domains, and the recent hard coding of the d/ dd/ id/ and idd/ Namespaces into Namecoin Core is motivated solely by financial interests.

Daniel Kraft attempted to sell d/bitcoin for nearly ten million dollars in April 2022, proving that Jeremy Rand is openly lying about the "good-Samaritan squatters".  Daniel Kraft also denied ownership of d/bitcoin on multiple occasions, which was proven false by examining the outputs and inputs of the following two transactions:

The d/bitcoin update on April 16, 2022 (tx), where the value "verify 2022-04-16 9:05:00 CET" is added, is used the output of the previous transaction as input, which was an update to d/xaya (tx).  Daniel Kraft founded Xaya.

This isn't the first time Daniel Kraft and Jeremy Rand have been caught lying publicly, including on BitcoinTalk, as seen above in the case of Jeremy Rand, and as seen below in the case of Daniel Kraft:

I have personally not received any of the Handshake funds and won't in the forseeable future either.

Daniel Kraft did, in fact, claim millions of dollars from handshake.org: https://www.reddit.com/r/handshake/comments/fnzwai/help_with_name_claim/, which he later successfully withdrawn.

Given the massive fraud committed by Jeremy Rand and Daniel Kraft, including money laundering, such as defrauding the NLNet Foundation, and the constant public lying, including here on BitcoinTalk as demonstrated above, threatening Namecoin users who use the Namecoin logo, or those who fork the Namecoin software, is more than enough to demand that they remove themselves from the GitHub repository and hand over all Namecoin assets, including social media and domains, to people who are not in any way associated with them.

This is the only way to keep Namecoin alive!
