90%, that's too high. I think the site you are referring is a popular gambling site, so why would they block gamblers?

A few of the words in the title thread are pretty much red flags: Chinesse (not precisely known for giving advantage to others in the deals, nor giving accurate information), an no KYC, which is pretty much banned all over the world. It seems so doubtful that the proof to the contrary of being a scan would need to be also quite extensive.
