Their decisions are sort of extreme, with some arrogance. This should have been a red flag when they suddenly blocked all Russian users without any warning at all and calling all of them terrorists.
I had some skepticism, so i decided to check their trust pilot page directly[1]. Not only it's true they block Russian user[2-4], i also found out they block Iran permanently due to political reasons[5].
