All of decision will be on todd's hand. Todd is the main reason why tuchel got sacked easily. I think that chelsea management will not be sacking the coach like that and give him another chance but that's different with todd caused by todd was thinking if he was playing a foot ball manager game. That being said that if the result from chelsea was so bad caused by it needs the transition. There are rumours about potter will be sacked again but i hope if that will not true at all.
Chelsea needs to slowly rebuild its team again. it needs more time to make it happen. Todd must not become an impatience owner.
It will be a brilliant idea if Chelsea decide to give Potter more time to really get to know and understand the team better, they have to create an atmosphere where the head coach will feel free without fear to impliment his preferred tactics and strategies for the betterment of the team. That being said I believe if Graham Potter is given more time he will be able to transform the team to get the desired results.
I think that it would be impossible to happen. The chelsea management itself was undercontrol by its owner. Any decision that already made by the owner must be executed by the management. This is the big problem for chelsea when players are so difficult to adapt with the situation in the club. That was also making the players may not able to perform so well during the match against another team. It can be seen from how many goals made by chelsea in the last match on EPL which was zero goal.
That must be a shame for a big club like chelsea that was not even able to make a goal against another team. We did know how good chelsea in term of counter attack but since it has under new owner and it has degrade into the mediocre club.
Chelsea has been losing its winner mentality.
