That is just what is happening, scammers are reputed people now using crypto to scam investors and nothing yet done with Do Kwon and SBF. Some people that are less privilege will do not up to that bit see themselves in prison no long after. I thought that was how my country was that those developed countries bring people to justice very fast, but it is ktherwske that I am seeing niw.  Some people died because of what happened, some people put their life savings on those scam and ponzi coins, and they lost all it almost all in just a day.
