As far as the trolling or ban evasion accusations go, neither party seems to have presented compelling evidence of either. As such, for the time being, I don't see any reason to take action as this merely seems to be a spat between 2 users who really don't like each other. Do keep in mind that this is my opinion and other moderators may disagree and take action. However, I'm not one of those moderators and until sufficient evidence warrants it, this is the extent of my involvement in this situation.

As for the usage of Trade Runner's full name (I've sent a version of this to relevant parties):

After a complaint from user cyberterrorist about the edits, I've looked into Trade Runner's post history and it does seem that the user has posted and identified with the full name OP posted before cyberterrorist's thread was posted as well (which would no longer make it personal information as per the doxxing rules). As such, anyone free to add Trade Runner's name back into the edited titles of your posts if you wish.
