My grief is the same. No communication. Which also breeds uncertainty. If I got answers via email since they have stated they wont address orders on this forum, I would be much more at ease. So far this is the only vendor I have dealt with that has not returned my communications on ETA when requested. I explicitly consented to a 2-3 day delay which was what the DIY kits where were supposed to be. But that is clearly not the case here. going on the second week of delay from the DIY kit. Since I am getting no replies via email or phone, I figure it will be better to just publicly air this until I get a reply. Like I said. I want a firm commitment from you guys on WHEN I can expect the kits. I am already compromising as it is by getting a DIY kit. The least AMT can do is address me directly with some kind of HONEST update as to when I can expect my hardware. I will keep ranting about this until I get an answer from them. Figure spamming this thread is the only way to get their attention it seems.
