Terms:
- Deal will be done in Dubai.
- Money can be transferred through a bank or cash in person in a public place but either way we will meetup and settle the deal up.
- A discount on the amount is a must.
- There's a commission for me from both sides the seller & the buyer, also willing to share commission to a broker but he must be the direct one of the seller.

It's funny how "buyers" put conditions when it's a SELLER'S market or they think it's a one way street. 99% of the time when buyer put conditions to the seller is a red flag and at the end it is understood that this potential "buyer" is actually a scammer/fisherman.
