All this discussion makes me think badly of the site, at one point I didn't create an account here at cloudbet, but I read so many things that I'm scared to deposit here, this casino has a long time and the only reason it has gone bad is that they have come, changed hands or something like that so that everyone is talking like that, my question is: Is it reliable or not? I see new accounts in the forum and they speak as if the had other accounts in the forum, and those are things that make us doubt, some say that it is reliable, I don't know what to think.
If a friend asks me about this casino, or how it works and if it is legal, she would have serious doubts to answer.

The casino is legal, it has a license and it has been operating for 9 years. If the casino had problems, it would have closed long ago. The Swift response to issues or matters when customers are in need of urgent help and need immediate response is a major focal point. This is a major factor that somehow attracts customer. I have been able to do a survey on customer care and I came to realize that many people left patronizing their regular vendors to another because of their customer service. This gave me an insight of a better management skills to look more into customer services as a priority so as to satisfy them properly because without them theirs no business and money to run and maintain their services. So therefore, every casino should be able to look into their customer services or else they tend to loose more customers because nobody wants to waste his or her time waiting for customer service that is most responsive in time. They would rather take the next platform than wasting their precious time.
