Coinplay, can you tell me why there is a big gap between the prices of BTC for Deposits and for Withdrawal? Why not use the same price for both so customers don't lose out on conversions?

And next to that, why does the customer have to bet in USD and why can't he just keep the balance in BTC? This would be much more preferable for me.
