In the past, he have managed top clubs in his career and he's always on the move to make both shocking move and big transfer budget. He's discipline and doesn't make room for mistakes, always consistent in persuading his goals or targets for his club. He's currently managing AS Roma and they did very well in the early starts of the season, but don't know why the sudden losing streak and losing more points to their opponents. I believe Mourinho will bring the team back to their heels with additional signings in the January transfer market.
