Not for me.My account is still without verification. I do not fill up anything, still can deposit, withdraw & other. You can see on the picture:
For new accounts yes, because people are saying they're mandatory to pass Level1/2 but for old account/people who are register before this rules is apply they still can play deposit & withdraw without being verified.
As long you are not broke anything.
I think what he means is for new users as he says "now" that can refer to new users after the new rules implemented by Stake.
I have few friends who has just registered in Stake few months ago and yes they said that they are required to pass KYC first before able to make deposit.
We are lucky enough to be old users as we registered our account before Stake apply this new rule.
However you should be ready to pass KYC as well because it is possible that Stake will ask all users to pass KYC in the near future.
