I am also wondering why the thread is self-moderated. Maybe you don't want someone to post criticism about the site and honestly, I haven't check the site. Winner every 5 minutes?, I find it hard to believe such claim. I don't think there will be winners in every 5 minutes and I think it is more like a new round every 5 minutes if you ask me.
