Market Cryptocurrencies like a coin that has the same two sides, sometimes it goes up and down in a short time, even in 1 hour there can be significant changes let alone new coins, and when the bear market occurs then like the domino effect that influences each other, as long as we are patient waiting then we can get profit.
But OP's concern is likely the cycle of the market. Where over time, there will be always a bear market and a bull market.
After a bull market, there's a bear market expected and on a bull market, there's also a bear market after.
OP's just telling basically it's good to find good projects or cheap coins or shop some coins that lost some value and possibly that in the future, it will go up higher.
