It was really a tough game for Brazil and Croatia. The match was running at a fairly high tempo, even the two teams also did not hesitate to commit fouls in order to destroy their opponent's attacks. In my opinion, Brazil looks slightly better than Croatia but Croatia has a good mentality and confidence which they were able to equalize when they fell behind Brazil and in the end, they were able to win the game in the penalty shootout.

I think few people thought that it was Croatia that ended up going through to the semi-finals because Brazil does look more convincing than Croatia. But this is football, where there is often a surprise and anything can happen.
