Although I do feel something is not good with this site, but I have to say that your case is simply because they deserve to cancel your withdrawal since they have wagering requirement for your deposit.
Clearly the user failed to fulfill the wagering requirement. With that $300 deposit he will need to bet at least $300 before be able to withdraw anything. I don't see anything to cry about it. But having $25 maxbet limit is wired unless it is in a market where the odd is 1/100 or higher. In a regular market the maxbet limit will be normal.
