Newcastle are more likely to maintain the position
If Tottenham doesn't perform well they are getting displacement back to six position
Man United are another team no one should trust, they are not reliable, the form they have is not balance
This is still not certain, although indeed in this case Newcastle's condition is indeed very good but of course in terms of quality they will still continue to make improvements and this could be another problem I think. But even if it's like that, it will be very good, regardless of its position in the top standings, so that's very good for Newcastle United's future prospects.
Manchester united was becoming better before the world started, I don't know if the premier league resumes back the performance of the team will still be the same. I feel premier will be unpredictable.
Indeed the premier league will be unpredictable because Newcastle are going to retain that position,or better still go further to be in the second position because  they have all it takes now to remain in the top four. The only team I'm so worried about is Arsenal that have lost one of their best players due to injury,(Gabriel Jesus)He is so important for Arsenal because he poses serious threat to defenders, and the replacement they have in Nketiah cannot be exactly like Jesus.Maybe Arteta will will sign a striker in January to complement Nketiah upfront,or better still uses Martinelli there, and sign Mykylo Murdryk of Sharkter Donesk to play left wing for Martinelli to play upfront.
This should not be a major issue for Arsenal, though the impact of Gabriel Jesus might be felt truly, yet we never can tell what Arteta might do after the world cup. It's his duty, and his experience will bring out something good as a perfect replacement which might make his absence not noticed, there is a lot that could fill that gap.

That is not even my major concern as Arsenal is one club out of many. My concern is whether or not premier league will follow suit the way it was before the world cup. I guess there will be a slight overall change, what do you think?
