Will you be doing any refurb , trade-in of the original HF boards .... I send you my old board with chip -> pay you $$$ -> you send me a new Habanero Board ?
I know you would have a good amount of buyers interested.
It's probably not worth it, unless the board you have is dead but the chip is still good. We'd have to remove the old chip, reball it, and mount it on an entirely new board. While it might be a little cheaper than just buying a Habanero, it wouldn't be worth it given you have to give up 400GH/s you currently have to do so.
