Please give advice, it is a gambling related issue, that is why I am posting it here. How would you handle a situation where the operators of an offline betting place allow underaged gamblers to gamble irresponsibly without turning them away or questioning them. My best girl complained about the bad habit of gambling that her younger brother has picked up, bad thing is that he even steals her money to go gamble on virtual games, she has met with the operator of this betting place to complain that they should turn away this her younger brother anytime he comes there, this operator has ignored her, and it has happened again. Do you think getting the operators arrested can solve the issue?
If this is online, it would definitely be hard for the authorities to catch these people. But if you wouldn't mind my comment regarding that matter, I don't think the gambling site is completely at fault in the situation. Surely they must have parents or at least figures of authority within their household that could control and watch over their activities, be it online or offline. If the kid is able to gamble under their noses that gives me a connotation that the parents are a bit lenient to the boy, or may even be negligent to his behaviors. I would highly suggest subjecting the kid to therapy as from your statement it gives me the idea that he could already be addicted to gambling, and have the parents be informed that they are supposed to be very strict from this day forward in checking their kids' internet activities.
First and foremost, discipline starts at home.
