I have a serious problem since 1 week.
I have a stake account that I've been using for two years and never had a problem.

Recently I made some gains. I made a small withdrawal directly to Asianconnect to take advantage of a better odds.
The withdrawal went through but a few minutes later I received an email informing me that my account was suspended and I should contact accounts@stake.com for more information. It was December 5.

I received a response today stating "Due to a repeated breach of Stake's Terms of Service regarding multi-accounting, all functionality on your account has been removed."

I don't understand. The account I currently have is the only one I use. The withdrawal to asianconnect probably gave them a false alarm. But I certify that I only use one account and I have never had a problem. I have almost $200k staked.

I have about $14k locked up.
I replied to their email. But what will it be please? I'm afraid of losing my money.
Ftx has already ruined me
