What do you expect from shitcoins such as this? their sole aim is to make quick bucks from naive investors and from the look of things, they have achieved their goal. You shouldn't be surprised the platform is inactive, their target has been achieved.
They are long gone so don't waste your energy sending emails, they are probably already putting up a new project to scam a new set of investors, why do you think most of them prefer to be anonymous always?
