I didn't understand his opinion either; it looks like he just posted his post to fulfill his quota by bringing up the topic a week later. It seems that the person did not read all the posts but quickly inserted his opinion. I would advise him to read the topic. So it turns out later that everything has already been discussed and clarified and, in principle, does not require clarification.
