Are you 100% sure there will be NO KYC when using changeNOW exchange page on your website?
I know other services who are using the same exchange and people reported cases of customers getting coins frozen, than they needed to submit identification documents, and same thing is written on their website:

ChangeNow may request KYC. Although KYC is not mandatory to use the service, ChangeNow reserves the right to require KYC for a certain user at a certain moment and may block funds. May be that a transaction is detected as suspicious or any other reason.

I use my own company, i receive the funds and use their API to change to the relevant token.
