just someone wrote something the guy said. did he really say or write anything? no proof
i do want to see a list of businesses for the airdrop
and validity of each (if my niece is working as baby sitter, and accepting Isracoins as payment, then she is not a business..)

Not a proof? it is the Isracoin dev telling us he is going to create a national coin in order to dump his coins and get rich.
Nope, no proof. I'm not saying if it is a scam or not but this is not proof.
Of course most new coin dev's have the idea to also make money - if that is the criteria then almost ALL coins are scams.
If anything the biggest hurdle for the coin will be regulation since the authorities here are not really bitcoin friendly.
