Satoshi is talking about some quick fixes, which I believe since he was planning to go away he did this last minute thing like DoS was the biggest threat to Bitcoin and he mentioned still more things need to be done.

Well i know this is a good development as if they are moving to their central services operated in Pakistan by local. But i am not sure about their employment as if the employees are going to be Pakistani then its good for our country as our unemployed community can grab this opportunity but still, i am in doubt that are they preferring Pakistanis or foreign employees.Bilkul achi news but unfortunately ye development office nahi hoga but mostly marketing and corporate clients like in the news they said "liaison office" which means like communication channel between corporate sector and head-office.
I know one guy Badar Khushnood he has been Google Representative and Country Consultant for Pakistan for long time and I met him in some conferences too.
