Again, I am not trying to defend coinplay, as we don't know what happened and why they banned your account, but the other scam casinos you mentioned will usually confiscate all your money and will not let you withdraw any penny. This is not what happened with you or with brandonlangYou can ask their support to tell you which term they think you have breached. But if I were you (since you are not satisfied with their service) I would take my money and find another casino.
