You have not done that yet and instead you have made yourself look ridiculous with claims that bets were placed at the end of the matches. If you can't prove the player is a cheater, his account needs to be unlocked, so that he can withdraw the winnings.

Do you have any plans to post some proof of a late bet? It shouldn't be that hard for you since there are so many examples in the OP's betting history, right? I wonder why it takes so long...
