Remember Elon Musk is a manipulator of the price not only on his shitcoin but also in BTC. You are right that we shouldn't listen but if someone doesn't listen to your advice then I have an advice to give that it is much better to compare what Elon musk twitted or whatever elon say about crypto to other people who give predictions and also their own prediction instead of using one prediction. The FACT is that no one will predict Bitcoin's price accurately but I do believe that someone may have predicted closer price or even being lucky about the prediction that is more closer to the exact price.

Well, we can't disclose the fact that Elon Musk is very influential, he is famous on social media which is very easy for him to gain attention from the public. But what he said about "the price of Bitcoin will rise", I think he is right from that as he never mention when. Whether he is right or wrong, no one knows.
