Looks like you part of their team for so prompt response, anyways wagered doesn't mean the balance I had. Blocking an account like this is complete negligence and forfeiting their claimed license and terms of service.
I can now verify as in blockchain my crypto was never safe there, demanding all my deposits as a refund.
Please share more proof and screenshots to back up your claim. I would also contact UserU (their representative on this forum), so he can forward it to the team to get an expedited response. I have never had any issues with them, but only deposited and withdrawed small amounts.
