These operators wont really be allowing minors if the government had set up some rules and some violations if ever there would be places that will allow these minors to play
which it is really just right that they should really be that prohibited considering that they are still young on handling out gambling.
Its never been good but surprisingly there are situations and moments where they've been allowing it which it wasnt really just right imho.
Its true that guardians or parents does have the big role too at first but since you cant really be able to monitor them all the time then
this is where it is do shows if those learning had been applied or not or simply those kids been influenced badly.
