OP isn't active here since last few days. Try to create a scam accusation thread with more evidence and inform Playbetr support team about that. You will get better engagement from the forum members in it.
I guess it is related to their current migration to Betcoin so they might be a bit busy at the moment, and perhaps he can try to contact betcoin as well about the issue.
As per email about the migration, they say that the support staff is the same for both website, that's why I think it is also possible to contact betcoin for any case in playbetr.
By the way, will Playbetr close the website down once the migration is completed or playbetr will remain alive?
