For this to happen, I have to pick the wrong team so I get 0 points and both of them would have to predict the exact outcome, which is somewhat unlikely but still possible.
Once I see their picks tomorrow I might know that I will win from the start of the game (if we pick the same team or all of us pick 0-0, 1-1 etc.)
I am really not sure who to pick though as both teams are really strong and I am a total football noob

Yup! That's why I offered you congratulations. Not so much that it hinges on you getting the wrong score, but that they each have to get exact scores -- far unlikelier IMO.
Still, anyone would kill to be in your position, and this is such a tight final (odds are deadlocked) it's an amazing run from you, typical a football n00b wins it! As casperBGD notes, it really hurts you when you have bias -- I know this bias ruined me in many seasons of Premier League/Serie A/La Liga pools!
