I also have a few of the apps that pay satoshis for various things. Ive earned about 10k Sats over a couple months with very little of my time. I wonder if those Sats will be worth my time a few years in the future.
As said above it might be a faucet, but if you can able to transfer that amount into your non-custodial wallet, it might possibly it will be worth it in the future. But if you're storing only on the app, it could be there's no assurance that the app will long last and still you can open it in the future but I think there's a maximum withdrawal limit before you can withdraw into your own Bitcoin wallet.
Use Electrum if you can able to withdraw that amount.
