The Experience bounds the user and developer experience and key features needed to enable those experiences to the fullest. In my opinion your numbers are way off, do you really believe that NEAR is going to reach a price which is roughly 50% above its all time high in just a year after it suffered a major crash while it is unlikely the market as a whole will recover during 2023? Your expectations are out of place and while you can predict whatever number you want and believe it is possible this does not mean that your prediction will actually happen, as the possibility of such a massive increase in its price is not very high.
