It will be difficult to find an escrow manager who works with you in dealings that violate the rules and policies of the forum
Great to hear that you have found a rule on the forum that buying/selling an account is a violation of the forum. As further as I know there is no restriction by the forum rule to buy/sell accounts. But as it can increase spam/scam anyone can negatively to the user who will buy/sell any forum account.
